
Kate Wilson NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre Research Australia
Kate Wilson is the NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre Research Development Manager, supporting the exploration and development of new clinical trials at the CTC. Since 2004 she has played a key role in the development and conduct of investigator initiated clinical trials sponsored by the AGITG which reflects her interest in the field of gastro-intestinal oncology clinical research and the ability to contribute to cancer collaborative group research on a national and international level.
Kate worked closely with Andrew Stevenson and other surgeons to develop and conduct the AGITG ALaCaRT and RoLaCaRT1/2 studies at the NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre. Kate is a Chief Investigator on the recently awarded NHMRC -NIHR grant to support the POLARiS Trial: Pathway Of Low Anterior Resection syndrome relief after Surgery.
Prior to joining the NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre Kate worked with Michael Solomon and other surgeons at SOuRCe, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
