Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your registration details.
All online registrations are checked by the ASM Secretariat, Catalyst Event Solutions. Should any queries arise, they will contact you.

- You do not receive any confirmation email and have checked your spam folder, after completing the registration process.
- You wish to make changes to your registration after you have registered.
Please do not re-register to avoid duplicate bookings.

- Registrations from industry personnel are only accepted from sponsor companies.

Education Travel Grants
The AGITG provides support to attend the ASM by offering travel grants to Members. For more information, click here.
Registration payment
At the end of the registration process you can select to pay by:
- Credit card:
- Visa or Mastercard (2.5% payment surcharge)
- AMEX card (3% payment surcharge)
- Tax invoice: Cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer
A tax invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. All rates quoted are in Australian dollars and include 15% New Zealand GST.

The ASM Secretariat supports the responsible use of online credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to federal police and the immigration office.
Group managers
If you are a group manager that is arranging registrations for delegates within your organisation, please register the first person in your Group, as the first registration. You will subsequently be asked if you wish to ‘add additional people to the Group’ during the registration process.
If you are a group manager that is arranging the payment of registrations for delegates outside of your organisation, please contact the ASM Secretariat via email agitgasm@catalystevents.com.au or phone 02 9419 4889 with the following details:
- Name of sponsored delegate(s).
- Their booking number(s), if you have it.
- Items and amounts to be covered as part of the sponsorship.
If you require a separate invoice for sponsored delegates and staff members, please contact the ASM Secretariat.
Cancellation policy
Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of AUD $100 if made in writing up on or before 13 October 2023. Cancellations must be made in writing to the ASM Secretariat. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation in return of receipt of your cancellation.
No refund is payable after that date. However, registrations may be transferred to substitute delegates without incurring a fee. Please email details of the substitution in writing to the ASM Secretariat. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation in return of the transfer.
Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to New Zealand does not constitute a refund. The Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
Save 10% on flights
As a delegate, you also receive a 10% discount on all flights with Air New Zealand. The deadline is 1 July 2023, so make sure you book your tickets soon. Use promo code ‘AGI23’.
*Over a specific booking period of 8 weeks, 1 May to 1 July 2023 delegates will be able to access fares with a discount of up to 10%. The proposed travel period will be 05 to 23 November 2023, giving a week either side of the conference for delegates to extend their stay if they wish. This will be for return travel ex Australia and through to Christchurch.
